The collaboration

SP Consulting S.r.l. is a long-standing client of Marcatech s.r.l. We work alongside their team on the digital side of the business: web presence, customer communication, and the platforms their retail brands rely on every day.

SP Consulting owns and operates three retail brands — Shapo, Fashion and Home — and Marcatech designs, develops and runs the digital communication channels through which those brands reach their customers. That includes the official WhatsApp Business channels operated under the display names “Shapo by SP Consulting”, “Fashion by SP Consulting” and “Home by SP Consulting”, which Marcatech sets up, manages and maintains on SP Consulting’s behalf.

In practice, day-to-day operation of those channels — provisioning, configuration, message infrastructure and ongoing maintenance — sits with Marcatech, while the brands and the customer relationship remain SP Consulting’s. It is the kind of arrangement we have with several of our clients: they focus on their business, we run the digital stack behind it.

La gestione quotidiana di questi canali — attivazione, configurazione, infrastruttura di messaggistica e manutenzione continuativa — è in carico a Marcatech, mentre i marchi e la relazione con la clientela restano in capo a SP Consulting. È il tipo di collaborazione che portiamo avanti con diversi dei nostri clienti: loro si concentrano sul proprio business, noi facciamo girare la parte digitale.
