The problem
An aperitif on a chairlift, every summer Thursday: limited seats, four-person chairs and weather that decides at the last minute. It needed bookings paid online and a simple way to postpone or refund when the weather turns.
What we built
- Thursday booking with online card payment
- Seats assigned per chair: a group never rides with strangers
- Ticket by email and check-in at the valley station
- Postpone, rebook or refund for bad weather, from the admin
- Gift vouchers and corporate events
- Admin with dates, capacity and a map of the chairs
