The problem
The 1,600-metre zipline above Santa Cristina sold tickets for a fixed date and time on an external platform. But here the wind decides when people fly, not the calendar.
What we built
- Dateless tickets, valid for 12 months: you fly when the line is open
- One QR code per person, sent by email
- Double scan: at the valley station and at the launch
- Wind closures handled per day, without moving bookings
- Today dashboard: who is in the valley, who is up top, who has flown, takings
- Online card payment
